The third competition here held April 20. This year the competition was held in six blocks of Bargarh district. They are Attabira, Bheden, Bargarh, Barpali, Bhatli, and Ambabhona.

Jnana Bikash Sanstha will make an effort to hold a mathematics camp for a selected number of students next year who have taken part in this competition, he said.

Advanced, non-traditional mathematical concepts will be introduced to them at the camp so that they get an opportunity to advance their mathematical thinking capability, he said.

Novel study and practice materials in mathematics will be designed and published by us for the benefits of interested students, he said.

Jnana Bikash Sanstha is making an effort to popularize mathematics in Western Orissa and we hope people will extend all their cooperation, he said. We are happy that more and more students are participating, he said.
