VHP calls 'Orissa bandh' on 25th December

About 500 people from Christian community attacked the vehicle of Saraswati at Kashingbadi. The vehicle was damaged and Saraswati sustained injuries, general secretary of Viswa Hindu Parisad Gouri Prasad Ratha said.

Bhubaneswar, Dec 24 (Odisha.in)  Protesting the alleged attack on Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati in the district of Phulbani Monday, Viswa Hindu Parisad called a statewide 4 hours bandh on 25th December.

About 500 people from Christian community attacked the vehicle of Saraswati at Kashingbadi. The vehicle was damaged and Saraswati sustained injuries, general secretary of Viswa Hindu Parisad Gouri Prasad Ratha said.

On the other hand the local Christian community has alleged that the activists of the local Hindu radical groups have attacked the local Christians.
