Bhubaneswar, Jan 9 (Odisha.in) The general administration department of the Odisha government has issued a circular to regulate the foreign visit by state officers.
As per the new advisory issued by special secretary of the general administration department A.K.Meena, officers would be allowed to undertake foreign tour only three times in a year and the duration of each visit would not exceed five working days barring travel times.
All proposals relating to foreign visits also require the approval of the chief minister. It was not clear if the fresh circular has any thing to do with the state government’s austerity measures.
