Balasore, October 5 (IANS) India Friday at about 10.38 am tested nuclear capable missile ‘Agni-1’ from Wheeler Island near Dhamra in the district of Bhadrak.
The Friday test was a user trial by Indian army to complete its induction process.
The Surface-to-surface missile has already been inducted in the Indian army way back in 2004. It has a range of about 700 km and can carry a one-tonne warhead.
