The inaugural function was attended by the Chairman of Managing Committee of the blood bank Mr.Padmanav Samal, Honorary Secretary of Orissa State Branch of Indian Red Cross Society Mr.Rabiratna Das and Dr.B.Pati, Director of this blood bank.
