Bhubaneswar, August 18 (Odisha.in) The Kalinga-Utkal Express that goes from Orissa’s Puri city to Hazrat Nizamuddin has been rescheduled for August 18, official said Saturday.
According to the east coast railway authority this train which scheduled to leave Puri at 9.10 pm will depart at 11.10 pm two hours late on that day on account of proposed mega block to be given between Bilaspur-Uslapur section.
The authority has also effected some other changes. According to them the Purusottam express will stop at Paharpur station in Dhanbad division in Jharkhand from 1 September for a period of six months.
Yeshvantpur-Guwahati special train will run through Naraj instead of Cuttack. The railway authority has requested passengers who booked their tickets to board this train from Cuttack to get full refund or board board from Jajpur Keonjhar road.
